The National Institute for Civil Discourse raises it voice with those from across the country and political spectrum to condemn the heinous attack on Paul Pelosi, the husband of Nancy Pelosi, speaker of the United States House of Representatives. The country’s political disagreements will never be resolved through violence.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Pelosi and the Speaker as he recovers from his serious injuries. They are also with the nation that we increase our resolve to move away from the dysfunctional bitterness of our divides and toward engaging our differences more constructively.
